A new day.....

After a day like yesterday I am enthusiastically wondering if I have any ability at all for speaking through my words in story form? I have all these words and thoughts and emotions swirling around in my head and it seems apparent that I need to release them instead of just driving myself nuts...maybe I should infiltrate the minds of my friends. Sounds like a plan...ha! So with that said, what does one do when one is seizing the day! Jump right on in is all I know. I got some really sweet comments on my "Prize Winning" (boy am I gonna get some mileage outta that) short piece that was published on facebook, for which I am really thrilled by. When I write sometimes, I feel like; within my head as if I am John Boy Walton sitting up there in his room, contemplating the in and outs of his idyllic rural life. I have to say that when I was growing up, after we left the farm, I would watch and long for my days back home. I had only great memories from that 9 years on the farm and I often long for those times back. I can't see a sycamore tree without remembering how awesome it was that my brother could climb nearly to the top. And by the way, that tree has the best limb layout for climbing, look at one sometime, they all do!
